I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the location on the lake provided fine views and easy access to fun activities like kayaking. The staff was genuinely helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel made for a satisfying experience. I enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, especially the hot tub, great for relaxation after a day of adventures.
Absolutely nothing; I loved my stay!

The location was perfect right by the lake, and the late-night pool access was a major plus. I loved how the outdoor area had grills and fire pits; great for hanging out and enjoying the summer vibes! Plus, the friendly staff really made a difference, making everything feel warm and cute.
On the downside, some of the rooms felt a bit outdated, and I would have preferred a later checkout time. the lack of phones in the rooms was odd and made communication tricky at times. though, it was still a great getaway for the family!

The hotel is family-friendly with a family atmosphere and a stunning location in the middle of jackson. The family room overlooks inner courtyard and includes a microwave, coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The bathroom with a tub.

I loved the lakefront location; it was perfect for relaxing by the water. The private beach was a nice touch, and the outdoor pool was super clean and had a great temperature. Plus, getting free tickets to local attractions like the zoo was an awesome bonus! We enjoyed the fact that there were some dining options close by, which was really convenient for our family.
There were some major issues during our stay. Our room didn’t have a phone, which felt unsettling, and the hallways had a weird smell. The lobby closed way too early, which was a bit concerning if an emergency happened. the indoor pool was too cold, and we weren’t informed about getting towels at checkout—had to go to the front desk dripping wet, which was not cool!

Our recent family getaway lasted four days, and we were thrilled with the spacious suite that comfortably accommodated our group of six. The location was spot on for all the activities we wanted to explore. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and had the perfect temperatures for relaxing. We loved the outdoor inflatables, and getting free tickets for attractions added extra value to our stay. The staff was friendly, making us feel welcome from start to finish.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fun time ringing in the New Year at this resort! The indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit, especially with the kids. Plus, the location is perfect for accessing nearby attractions and restaurants. The beach area was small but cozy, and I loved the comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep.
On the downside, the rooms felt a bit outdated, and we had some issues with maintenance, which took longer to resolve than expected. The bathroom shower didn’t work initially, and waiting for help kind of put a damper on things. it would’ve been nice to have phones in the room for convenience. it was an okay experience!

I had a lovely Christmas stay here! The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the beautiful garden area added a nice touch to the ambiance. I really enjoyed the fact that the pool stayed open late, which was great for family fun, and we loved that we had grilling options to make our own meals.
Our room could have used some serious updating and a deep cleaning. It smelled musty when we arrived, and there were a few cleanliness issues that we couldn't ignore. some of the amenities we were looking forward to using were closed, which felt pretty disappointing given the price we paid.
